Key Responsibilities
- Gathers invoices daily and matches them with Purchase Orders in Food-Trak.
- If there is no Purchase Order Receiving Document attached to an invoice, searches through the Purchase Orders by date to find a match.
- Reconciles quantities, pack sizes, and prices on each invoice line to match.
- Changes cases to lbs on all items that have catch weights.
- Distributes must match payables in order to complete the process.
- Communicates with the F&B Buyer about items on the invoice that do not match up with items on the purchase order.
- Runs a Purchase Recap or Price Exception report at the end of the day to find any items that were entered incorrectly.
- Fixes errors if any.
- Enters invoices that do not have purchase orders associated with them.
- Prints out invoice summary for the accounting with distributed totals for each invoice.
- If invoices needed to be transferred to a different profit center, performs that function when completing an invoice.
- Assists in accounts payable functions.
- Assists in monthly closings.
- Adheres to all regulatory, resort, departmental, casino policies and procedures, and to the casino Internal Control Structure.

Skills
- Financial background and proven ability to coordinate business activities.
- Excellent computer skills working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and ability to make efficient use of Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer.
- Strong organizational and excellent oral/written communication skills.
