Responsibilities
- Assist with processing accounts payable.
- Handle invoice coding, approval routing, and payment.
- Manage Bill.com administration and workflow.
- Process ACH, online payments, and checks.
- Handle vendor reconciliation and vendor master file maintenance.
- Support month-end close processes.
- Provide audit support and assist with 1099 preparation.
- Maintain vendor records, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve vendor inquiries.
- Manage financial recordkeeping and document management.
Requirements
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Understanding of Sage Intacct or other ERP/accounting systems preferred.
- Experience supporting month-end close activities, 1099 preparation, and audit requests preferred.
- Experience working with grant-funded organizations or nonprofit accounting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
2+ years of accounts payable or accounting support experience.
Skills
Experience processing vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, ACH payments, online payments, and checks.
