Established in 1905, this 152-bed community hospital serves the tristate region with over 500 employees and averages 31,000 Emergency Department visits annually. The medical staff includes more than 160 physicians and 21 resident physicians in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine. Services include 24/7 emergency care, general surgery, medical stabilization for substance abuse, behavioral health for adults over 55, and the only cardiac rehabilitation program in Columbiana County.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and appropriate disbursements in accordance with the Accounts Payable Policy & Procedures Manual.
• Review and verify accuracy and policy compliance of invoices and other requests for payment.
• Utilize computer systems to input, balance, and generate checks for signature.
• Communicate with department managers, vendors, and others to resolve invoicing or payment issues.
• Perform Accounts Payable functions across assigned facilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable practices, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Familiarity with computers.

Schedule

Full Time, Day Shift.
