Responsibilities
- Assist with the accounts payable process at corporate and practice to ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely.
- Resolve all invoice discrepancies in a timely manner, ensuring practices remain in good standing with vendors.
- Collaborate with management to ensure proper approvals are obtained on time.
- Work the error reconciliation report for payment.
- Assist and ensure successful quarterly and year-end audits as they relate to accounts payable.
- Participate in projects as needed.
- Work effectively in a team environment with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrate an action-oriented, solution-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

- Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission of improving lives affected by cancer.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with multi-location healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience with Workday is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to change quickly.
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and propose solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- BS/BA in a business-related field is preferred.
