Guitar Technician - Retail Store

About the Role

The Repair Tech (Guitar) performs maintenance and repair on customer-owned instruments, primarily guitars, and assists with store inventory maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and provide expert instrument servicing.
• Perform high-quality repairs, warranty work, and maintenance on guitars.
• Assist in maintaining store equipment and inventory as needed.
• Contribute to sales through product knowledge and certification programs.

Requirements

• Skilled understanding of guitar repair techniques.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive with the ability to identify opportunities and resolve issues independently.
• Ability to train and share knowledge effectively.

Prior product knowledge is advantageous.
