About the role

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist with store inventory maintenance. Focus on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and contributing to business growth through technical expertise and positive customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Service and repair customer guitars with craftsmanship
• Maintain store-owned gear as needed
• Complete warranty repairs
• Perform additional assigned duties
