About the Role

The Repair Tech (Guitar) performs maintenance and repairs on customer-owned instruments and store inventory, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. This role includes interacting with customers to deliver a positive experience, servicing instruments, completing warranty repairs, and maintaining store gear.

The position emphasizes a strong customer focus, initiative, product knowledge, and effective training skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on guitars and other stringed instruments
• Interact with customers to provide a positive service experience
• Service customer-owned instruments and store inventory
• Complete warranty repairs
• Maintain store gear and equipment

Requirements

• Skilled understanding of guitar repairs
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and connect with customers

• Knowledge of product and sales techniques (certification programs preferred)
