About the Role

The Repair Tech (Guitar) provides maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. They assist in maintaining store inventory, complete warranty repairs, and contribute to a positive customer experience while supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to deliver excellent service
• Service and repair guitars and other instruments
• Maintain store-owned gear as needed
• Complete warranty and repair work efficiently
• Assist with additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Skilled understanding of guitar repair techniques
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Initiative to identify opportunities and resolve issues proactively
• Ability to learn product knowledge and sales techniques through certification programs
• Effective trainer with strong communication skills for knowledge transfer

Preferences

• Basic knowledge of store products is preferred
