Full-Time Automotive Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Automotive Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer vehicles according to manufacturer and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicles based on certification/experience levels.
• Perform repairs efficiently, including complex and heavy-duty work.
• Explain diagnoses and repair needs to customers and team members.
• Recommend necessary services and document all recommendations accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Adhere to company policies, core values, and maintain flexibility in schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician or mechanic experience or ASE certifications.
• Proficiency with computerized diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Work involves exposure to noise, fumes, lubricants, and varying temperatures.
• Use of PPE recommended for safety.
