About the role
A Senior Automotive Technician diagnoses and repairs customer vehicles efficiently, adhering to company, dealership, and manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics based on certification and experience levels.
- Execute repairs and multi-point inspections accurately and efficiently.
- Explain technical issues and recommended repairs to customers and team members.
- Document service recommendations properly in customer files.
- Follow safety protocols and report concerns promptly.
- Maintain ASE certifications and renewals as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably one unexpired ASE or similar credential.
- Valid driver’s license; must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work five days a week.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, based on experience.
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000.
