About the Role

The Repair Tech (Guitar) performs maintenance and repairs on customer-owned instruments and store inventory, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. This role emphasizes a customer-focused approach, initiative, product knowledge, and effective training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Service and repair guitars and other instruments
• Maintain store equipment and complete warranty repairs
• Contribute to store operations and assist with additional duties as needed

Requirements

• Skilled understanding of guitar repairs
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and develop product knowledge
• Effective communication and training skills

Preferences

• Basic knowledge of Guitar Center products and sales techniques
