Guest Services Associate PRN, Information Desk, As Needed

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to all customers, both external and internal, in the gift shop and at the information desks.
• When working the gift shop, assists with providing sales assistance to all gift shop customers and processing all sales transactions.
• When working at the information desk, assists patients and guests with “way finding” throughout the hospital, including using a wheelchair when necessary.
• Opens and/or closes the gift shop, requiring close-out and reconciliation of the cash register.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
