Responsible for providing exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-in/check-out processes, managing reservations, and handling guest inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with their needs
- Processing payments and managing reservations
- Handling guest complaints and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- One year of relevant customer service experience preferred
- Experience in hospitality or related field
