About the role
The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) seeks a Front Desk Attendant to provide front desk services for the Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove (BGTC).
Responsibilities
- Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
- Faithfully upholds BGEA in prayer.
- Participates in daily BGEA staff devotions including Bible reading, and leading group prayer as schedule permits.
- Demonstrates behavior aligned with BGEA’s Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, Hallmarks, policies, and expectations.
- Effectively represents Jesus Christ to those within both personal and professional spheres of influence.
- Responsible for business operations of the Training Center front desk.
- Graciously attends to the needs of visitors and guests.
- Ensures that all communication with guests and staff represents accurate facts.
- Expeditiously responds to guests and staff in a courteous manner.
- Tracks and replenishes Front Desk supplies.
- Tracks and maintains event signage.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in person, on the telephone and by email.
- Proficiency in reservation system.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Dependable, persistent, results oriented.
- Commitment to hospitality and excellence.
- Able to work independently without close supervision.
- Willingness to take initiative and be a proactive problem solver.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to analyze and make decisions based on BGTC protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality where appropriate.
Skills and Knowledge

Benefits
Associate or Seasonal employees may work up to 19 hours a week (not to exceed 1000 hours a year (calendar/sequential)), and are not eligible for any benefits.
