About the role

The Guest Experience Reservation Agent at CIVANA is responsible for creating personalized reservation experiences for guests based on their individual needs. This includes planning wellness journey classes, spa bookings, and transportation arrangements. Additionally, the role involves processing payments and sending confirmations for preplanned services.

Responsibilities

  • Create personalized reservation experiences for guests based on their individual needs.
  • Plan wellness journey classes and spa bookings.
  • Offer transportation arrangements to/from the airport.
  • Process payments and send confirmations of preplanned services.
  • Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Offer a special service touch when opportunities arise.
  • Stay compliant with the dress code and maintain a neat, clean, and tidy appearance.
  • Display warmth, care, and genuine enthusiasm when interacting with guests, team members, and leadership.
  • Assume training responsibilities, demonstrate high standards awareness, promote teamwork, and act as a role model.
  • Support the concierge team during high business levels and cover concierge shifts if needed (assisting with arrivals and/or departures).

Requirements

  • One to two years’ experience as Reservations and/or Front Desk experience (or comparable role).
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong/positive communication skills.
  • Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
  • Willing and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Able to work on-site.

  • Knowledge or passion in Health & Wellness.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and payments.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
