Responsibilities
- Carry out pre-move-in and post-move-out walkthroughs to assess apartment conditions and ensure readiness.
- Document and escalate any issues, damages, or concerns encountered in a timely manner.
- Provide an outstanding guest experience by being the primary point of contact for all resident needs during their stay.
- Respond promptly to guest needs, including making local travel arrangements to deliver items or resolve issues.
- Create and maintain move-in gifts and keep inventory of welcome materials.
- Manage local lockbox inventory for guest access and coordinate with vendors for furniture, service deliveries, pickups, and installations.
Qualifications
- Organized and dependable with strong communication skills.
- Able to handle a dynamic and flexible schedule with frequent local travel.
- Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old.
