Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming guest experience by greeting, checking in guests, and providing helpful information about the resort and Sedona area
- Assist guests with payments, pre-authorizations, and booking lodging, dining, and local experiences
- Create personalized itineraries and provide recommendations for attractions, shows, and restaurants
- Address guest questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Answer inbound calls and provide accurate, timely information
- Coordinate reservations and partnerships with local vendors, tour operators, and entertainment providers
- Prepare and distribute vouchers for shows, dining, and guest experiences
- Maintain accurate daily reporting, including tour counts, arrivals, no-shows, and updates for sales and management teams
- Support daily operations by preparing tour profiles, updating schedules, maintaining a clean lobby, and completing end-of-day reporting
Requirements
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Basic computer knowledge
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with a professional and calm approach
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Daytime availability required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Flexible schedule based on business needs
