About the role
We are hiring our first GTM Associate. You will work directly under the Head of GTM, and have plenty of facetime with the CEO. We are about to build one of the fastest growing wealth-tech / FinTech platforms in the world, have a unique wedge into the market, and are building out a compounding flywheel of growth activities. We have a very sticky product with rave reviews, and are taking our first steps towards hitting the market at scale – this is a key inflection point for Aqua.
What You’ll Do
- Own experimentation tracking and analysis for all key marketing experiments we run
- Help design and launch new marketing experiments
- Establish and manage analytics across a range of disparate MarTech tools
- Help establish sales performance goals, and lead sales operations
- Stand up and oversee sales org infrastructure
- Own the RevOps function
- Set up and manage our partnerships function, across a wide range of ecosystem counterparties
- Help launch our podcast, and coordinate with high-signal guests at the top echelons of the wealth and asset management industries
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience, either in GTM at a high-growth startup, or in consulting / investment banking
- Seeking to be a founder someday, with the goal of learning how to stand up and scale a GTM organization
- Cross-functional: you are capable of operating across sales and marketing, and interfacing with product, design, and engineering teams
- Capable of executing effectively in operational domains, thinking strategically, and building personal relationships with executives and leaders across the industry
- Measure success by organizational impact
- You think in flywheels – capturing sawdust momentum and turning it into revenue excites you
