About the role

We are looking for future managers to join our team as Assistant Managers—the second in command of a million-dollar business. This full-time, hourly position offers overtime and the opportunity to grow into a leadership role. You’ll oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits, while ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You may be asked to help at other nearby locations.

This role requires working 5+ days per week, including most weekends. You’ll lead by example, follow all policies and procedures, and hold your crew to the same standards.

No prior management or pizza-making experience is necessary—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including people, sales, and profits
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Lead by example and enforce policy compliance
• Manage day-to-day tasks and multitask effectively
• Assist at other nearby locations as needed

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must reside near the store location
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Great positive attitude and high energy
• Prior experience in Domino’s or prior experience leading people
• Strong judgment, leadership, and math skills
