About the Role

We are looking for future managers to join our growing team at Knox Pizza, LLC (Domino's). If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this full-time, hourly Assistant Manager position offers the opportunity to oversee all aspects of a million-dollar store and grow into a Store Manager role. Overtime is available, and you’ll be accountable for People, Operations, Sales, and Profits—ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team while leading by example.

This role requires a commitment of 5+ days per week, including most weekends. You may also be asked to assist at nearby locations. While prior management or pizza-making experience is a plus, we provide training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staff management, customer service, and sales.
• Ensure team adherence to all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Lead by example to foster a positive, high-energy work culture.
• Maintain accountability for store performance, including safety, training, and profitability.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist at other nearby locations as needed.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the USA and must reside near the store location.
• Good background check.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Prior experience in Domino's or prior experience managing people.
• High energy and a great positive attitude.
