About the role

We’re looking for future managers—Assistant Managers who want to run a million-dollar business and grow into the top leadership role. If you naturally take charge, ensure everyone is doing what they need to do, and thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and flexible environment, this is your chance to step up. You’ll oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits, while leading by example and maintaining a strong team culture.

This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. You’ll work 5+ days per week, including most weekends, and may be asked to help at nearby locations. No prior management or pizza-making experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including people, sales, and profitability.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team by leading by example.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Be accountable for everything that happens in your store.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must reside near the store location.
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Great positive attitude and high energy.
• Prior experience in Domino’s OR prior experience leading people.
