About the role

We are looking for future managers! This is a full-time, hourly Assistant Manager (second in command) position with overtime available. You will oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. You are accountable for everything that happens within your store, ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time. This role requires working 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

You may be asked to help at other locations near your chosen store. No prior management or pizza-making experience is required—we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including people, sales, and profits
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Lead by example and follow all policies and procedures
• Maintain accountability for everything that happens in the store
• Work 5+ days per week, including most weekends
• Assist at nearby locations as needed

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Must reside near the store location
• Good background check

Qualifications

• Great positive attitude and high energy
• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
