About the role

We are looking for future managers to join our growing team. If you have a natural ability to lead and ensure others are doing what they need to do, this is your opportunity to step up as an Assistant Manager—the second in command of a million-dollar business. This full-time, hourly position offers overtime and the chance to grow into a store manager role.

You’ll oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. No prior management or pizza-making experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. You may occasionally be asked to help at nearby locations.

This role requires a commitment of 5+ days per week, including most weekends. You’ll be accountable for maintaining safety, training, and culture within your team, leading by example, and ensuring strict adherence to all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including people management, sales, and profitability.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team by leading by example.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Maintain accountability for store performance in all areas.
• Assist at nearby locations as needed.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and reside near the store location.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Great positive attitude and high energy.
• Prior experience in Domino’s or prior experience leading people.
