About the role
We are looking for future managers—Assistant Managers—to be the second in command of a million-dollar business and grow into the top leadership role. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available, requiring 5+ days per week including most weekends. You will oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits, and be accountable for everything that happens within your location.
No prior management or pizza-making experience is necessary; we provide training. You may occasionally be asked to help at nearby locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and ensure your team follows all policies and procedures 100% of the time
- Oversee store operations, including safety, training, and team culture
- Maintain accountability for store performance in people, operations, sales, and profits
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good driving record
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must reside near the store location
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Great positive attitude and high energy
- Prior experience in Domino’s or prior experience leading people
