About the role
Range is building AI-powered wealth management solutions, combining investments, taxes, retirement, and estate planning into one platform. We're backed by leading investors including Google's Gradient Ventures, Cathay Innovation, and Scale Venture Partners. Our Growth team is responsible for driving our acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Owning day-to-day execution on Google and Meta, managing paid media channels
- Translating data into actionable insights and campaigns
- Building and running a structured testing roadmap
- Communicating and implementing a consistent cadence of experiments
- Analyzing large datasets to inform campaign decisions
- Creating and maintaining weekly performance reports
- Maintaining awareness of platform updates, industry trends, and competitive activity
Requirements
- 3–7 years of hands-on paid media experience, preferably in B2C, fintech, or DTC companies
- Experience managing significant paid budgets and understanding their impact on lead quality and conversions
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen) and Meta
- Strong analytical skills, able to derive insights from complex data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with creative, engineering, and product teams
Qualifications
- Fluent in SQL, GA4, BigQuery, or Metabase for self-service data analysis
- Familiarity with landing page testing and CRO, especially in devising and implementing A/B tests
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs

- Funnel-first thinking, understanding how upstream decisions affect downstream outcomes
- Strong operational discipline, launching campaigns thoughtfully and documenting processes
