Growth Marketing Manager

Practifi · Chicago, IL · 2 mo ago
RemoteRemoteSales$95k–$115k/yrFull-time

At Practifi, we build financial technology, but more importantly, we build a place where people enjoy working and genuinely care about each other. In a crowd of fintechs preaching culture, we actually live it—what you see in interviews is what you'll experience every day. You'll join a team that solves real problems for real people, together.

About the Role

Practifi builds Salesforce-native software that helps financial advisors run their practices and serve their clients better. We're a remote-first team spread across the US and Australia, under 100 people, and we like it that way. Small enough that your work is visible. Big enough that you're never doing it alone.

Practifi's growth depends on campaigns that actually move the needle for the people who receive them—our clients, prospects, and internal teams. This role is where marketing strategy becomes marketing reality. You'll take the priorities and direction set by our Head of Marketing and turn them into campaigns that launch on time, land well, and get measured honestly. You'll work closely with Sales, Client Success, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to ensure every campaign is grounded in what our clients actually need, not just what looks good on a calendar.

Responsibilities

  • Refine approved campaign briefs into workback plans.
  • Write campaign copy and run multi-channel campaigns across paid and organic channels, including social, lifecycle, adoption, cross-sell, and partner campaigns.
  • Coordinate agencies and contributors, keep webinars and follow-up on track, and ensure content gets repurposed and distributed well beyond its first send.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to align campaigns with client needs.
  • Take ownership of campaigns without needing every step spelled out; know when to push forward and when to flag issues.
  • Analyze campaign performance, test new approaches, and bring new channel ideas to the table.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience owning multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end, from brief through performance review.
  • Strong campaign copywriting skills that adapt to brand voice.
  • Comfort working across a core marketing stack (CRM, paid and organic channel tools, website CMS, webinar platforms, analytics).
  • Based in or able to work from the Chicago area.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience marketing to B2B SaaS or financial services audiences.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Ads.
  • Experience with lifecycle or adoption-focused campaigns aimed at existing customers.

Key Traits

  • You take ownership without needing every step spelled out.
  • You’re curious about what’s working and why, and honest when something isn’t.
  • You genuinely enjoy collaborating—this role touches nearly every team in the company.

Benefits

  • Full benefits, including 20 days paid leave, 10 sick days, 3 personal days, and 3 volunteering days (all available from day one).
  • A dedicated Practibuddy mentor from day one.
  • Annual Learnbucks stipend to support ongoing learning and skill development.
  • Bi-annual company summits in Chicago.

Pay

Base salary of $95,000–$115,000, based on experience. This is a base-only role with no performance bonus component.

Schedule

This is a Chicago-based position; candidates should be located in or willing to relocate to the Chicago area. The role is designed for genuine work-life integration, not just as a buzzword.

Values

  • Growth – Progress with purpose. You’ll set your own performance targets each quarter and use Learnbucks to build new skills.
  • Collaboration – Together we achieve more. You’ll partner constantly with Sales, Client Success, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops.
  • Transparency – Clarity inspires trust. Compensation is posted openly, and you’ll receive honest feedback on every campaign.
  • Curiosity – Open minds ignite change. You’re encouraged to test, question campaign approaches, and bring new ideas.
  • Integrity – Integrity leads, actions follow. You’ll be trusted to make judgment calls and escalate when needed.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing and sits within the Marketing team, working closely with Sales, Client Success, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation/Marketing Operations.
