Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel demand generation campaigns (email, paid, digital).
• Build and manage data-driven outbound sequences using tools like Clay.
• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Track, report, and optimize pipeline metrics, conversion rates, CAC, and campaign ROI.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing programs.
• Partner closely with sales and revenue operations.
• Manage and grow the marketing database.
• Contribute to SEO/SEM strategy.
• Stay current on growth marketing tools, tactics, and trends.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with Clay or similar data enrichment/outbound automation platforms.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).
• Strong command of marketing analytics.
• Experience running email automation programs.
• Familiarity with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, display).
• Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus.
• Highly organized and self-directed.

Pay

Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $135,000
