About the company

This is an all-in-one global workforce, HR, and payroll platform that helps companies hire, pay, and manage talent across 125+ countries — without setting up local entities. Our suite spans HRIS, global payroll, flexible employment (EOR), contractor pay, and AI-powered people operations through Genius AI. We're SOC2 Type II certified and trusted by fast-growing global companies to make international expansion simple and compliant.

The Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own our growth channels and drive lead flow into our mid-market and enterprise segments. You'll run paid acquisition, manage campaigns end to end, and build the experiments that turn marketing spend into qualified pipeline. This is a hands-on, full-ownership role for someone who wants to see the direct line between their work and the company's growth.

Our buyers are HR, finance, and operations leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations expanding globally. You'll know how to reach them, what messaging lands, and how to nurture a longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycle into pipeline. You'll work cross-functionally with sales and product, and you'll have the autonomy to test, learn, and scale what works.

What You'll Do

  • Own and optimize the company's growth marketing channels across paid and organic
  • Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns end to end (paid search, paid social, retargeting)
  • Build demand-generation programs targeted at mid-market and enterprise accounts, accounting for longer, multi-stakeholder buying cycles
  • Drive lead flow and build a measurable, repeatable pipeline of qualified leads
  • Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting so every dollar of spend is accountable
  • Run continuous experiments — test creative, audiences, channels, and landing pages, then double down on what works
  • Partner with sales to align lead quality, handoff, and conversion
  • Manage budgets, forecast against pipeline targets, and report on CAC, CPL, and ROI

What We're Looking For

  • Global payroll / EOR industry experience. This is a strong preference. You've marketed global payroll, EOR, or workforce-management products and understand how the category sells, who buys, and how the buyer thinks.
  • Mid-market to enterprise marketing. You've driven demand into mid-market and enterprise accounts and know how to market to multi-stakeholder buying committees and longer sales cycles — not just SMB self-serve.
  • Proven growth marketing track record. You've run paid acquisition and campaign management and have the numbers to show what you moved.
  • Startup mindset. You're comfortable with ambiguity, you move fast, you take ownership, and you'd rather ship and learn than wait for perfect.
  • Analytical and channel-fluent. Confident across the major ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) and comfortable living in the data — attribution, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Self-directed. You thrive in a fully remote environment and don't need someone standing over your shoulder to make things happen.
