Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an account-based marketing (ABM) program from inception, targeting key accounts aligned to revenue objectives
- Collaborate with BDR leadership to create coordinated inbound and outbound campaigns that drive engagement and meetings
- Oversee and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives including email, digital advertising, events, and outbound programs
- Track and analyze funnel progression across lead, opportunity, and pipeline stages, optimizing performance based on conversion metrics
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align messaging, campaign execution, and pipeline goals
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with hands-on ABM exposure
- Experience launching or introducing ABM strategies within an organization strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success generating pipeline, including quantifiable contributions to revenue (e.g., % of pipeline influenced per quarter)
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing concepts, including inbound and outbound strategies and lead lifecycle stages
- Pictured proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and channels in a fast-paced environment
