Growth Marketing Manager
About the role
The Growth Marketing Manager is a senior individual contributor at the intersection of business development, community-building, and data-driven marketing. You'll own on-the-ground growth efforts in our new SLC market while partnering with the Director of Marketing and company leadership to build a repeatable playbook for future launches. There's a clear pathway to management as the team grows.

- Is data-fluent: comfortable setting KPIs, tracking performance, and adjusting strategy based on results

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 5–7+ years in growth marketing, business development, or market expansion — with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated experience building provider or referral networks in a clinical environment
- Proven track record developing high-value partnerships with healthcare systems, payers, or large institutions
- Experience managing both digital and traditional advertising campaigns with measurable results
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to and cold-outreaching executives
- Familiarity with the Utah/SLC healthcare market is a strong plus
- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare marketing compliance requirements
Location
Hybrid, based in Salt Lake City. Regular in-market presence required; some travel to Colorado and future markets as the company grows.
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000–$120,000/year, based on experience
