Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-funnel demand gen strategy to drive qualified leads, Trials, and sales including customer engagement
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid, partnerships, email and more.
- Develop email nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and lifecycle marketing programs in HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Identify and test new channels (affiliate, co-marketing, content syndication) to expand reach.
- Partner with Product and Sales to identify high-value segments and align marketing efforts accordingly.
- Manage campaign calendars, budgets and vendor relationships across all marketing channels.
- Conduct A/B Testing on ads, emails, landing pages, CTAs and more to continuously improve performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a growth, demand gen, or performance marketing role.
- Proven experience marketing to niche or specialized professional audiences (legal, financial, gov, insurance, or similar).
- Hands-on expertise across multiple channels: paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), email marketing, webinars, and events.
- Experience with marketplace platforms or multi-sided market products.
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation/CRM platform).
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable in Google Analytics, attribution tools, and campaign dashboards.
- Excellent project management skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Success Metrics
- In the first 90 days drive lead growth by executing multi-channel acquisition campaigns with a target of increase monthly signup volume
- Improve lead to signup conversions across all marketing channels
- Establish a healthy cost per acquired user by optimizing channel mix and audience targeting across verticals ensuring efficient speed while scaling volume
