This high-visibility role places you at the intersection of performance insights, structured experimentation, and multi-channel scale. You will serve as a strategic media partner, driving measurable business impact through data-driven performance strategies. Responsibilities: Architect and optimize omnichannel paid search initiatives across Google Ads and Apple Search Ads to maximize customer acquisition efficiency.Design and execute structured A/B testing frameworks across bidding strategies and ad creative to accelerate revenue growth.Analyze complex performance data from SA360 and Google Analytics to synthesize actionable, high-impact business insights.Partner with cross-functional creative, product, and analytics teams to engineer best-in-class user acquisition experiences. Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience driving performance marketing and paid search acquisition campaigns.Advanced technical proficiency with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Excel.Proven track record of leveraging data-driven experimentation to optimize conversion rates and marketing ROI.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or quantitative field; exceptional collaborative and analytical skills.
