Growth Marketing Coordinator (US-Remote)

About the role

As a Growth Marketing Coordinator at TRM Labs, you will own the execution layer behind webinars, community programs, and demand generation campaigns, including registration pages, speaker logistics, campaign setup, and reporting. You will work with the Growth Marketing Manager to turn set goals into flawless execution, enabling the team to run more programs at a faster pace. The role is fully remote (US‑only) and operates in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment where priorities shift quickly and AI fluency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Own webinars end to end — build landing pages, coordinate speakers and co‑organizers, set up calendar invites and presenter links, run tech checks and content run‑throughs, support day‑of production and live session, handle post‑event attendance reporting, cross‑system reconciliation, and Marketing Ops submission. This spans recurring Policy and Customer webinars, regional‑language sessions, and fast‑turnaround rapid‑response sessions.
• Run logistics for community programs — session setup, registration list exports and regional group management, lead vetting and SDR routing, membership growth, retros, and attendee follow‑ups.
• Support campaign execution — build emails, set up campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce, build UTMs; provide ops support for paid social and search with media agencies.
