Group Tour Director

About the role

Boscov's Travel is seeking passionate, well-traveled individuals to serve as Group Tour Directors on a per diem, independent contractor basis. This is a part-time role that can be flexible in terms of hours worked throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Accompany and escort groups of travelers to tour destinations
• Maintain the tour schedule and keep guests informed throughout the trip
• Engage with passengers in a friendly, professional manner
• Share interesting facts, highlights, and relevant information about each destination
• Answer guest questions and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
• Represent Boscov's Travel and our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership ability and confidence in group settings
• Problem-solving mindset — able to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Prior tour director experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Details

• Per diem compensation — paid on a per-assignment basis
• Independent Contractor / 1099 position
• Flexible scheduling — work as much or as little as fits your lifestyle
