GROUP SUPERVISOR
Job Summary
Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma-informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances.
About the Role
The Group Supervisor exercises direct control and direction over staff including Day and Night Youth Care Workers, as assigned. The role involves the safety, care and around-the-clock supervision of students in the program. Responsibilities also include ensuring that Pearl Haven programs are implemented in accordance with policies and procedures as well as Federal, State and local licensing requirements.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
- Empathetic, patient and desire to work with troubled teens.

Schedule
Wednesday through Saturday (Wednesday is a half day from 1pm-8pm and Thursday through Saturday 7am-8pm).
