What You Will Do
- Exercises direct control and direction over subordinate staff such as Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, Night Coach Counselors, transportation, etc.
- Around-the-clock supervision of students in the program.
- Participation and authority in decisions involving hiring, transferring, suspending, laying off, promoting, discharging, assigning, evaluating performance, rewarding, or disciplining other employees and program delivery.
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a supervisory role
- 1 year of working in a child welfare or agency setting
- At least 21 years of age
- Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
- Pass a search of the child abuse central registry

Schedule
- A Shift: Days – Sunday to Every other Wednesday, 8a-8p or 8a-9p, 1 hour break each day
- B Shift: Days – Every other Wednesday to Saturday, 8a-8p or 8a-9p, 1 hour break each day
