GROUP SUPERVISOR

About the role

Become a Group Supervisor at Texas Monarch Academy for Girls (TMAG) and join a team dedicated to empowering young women through trauma-informed, strength-based, and gender-responsive programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision to Direct Juvenile Support Workers, Coach Counselors, and Night Coach Counselors
• Ensure adherence to facility and daily schedules, including attendance at all program elements
• Maintain proper staff to student ratio for coverage
• Lead by example, modeling ROP programming

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth
• Supervisory experience preferred
• At least 21 years of age
• Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
• Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Meet eligibility requirements to become an ROP eligible driver

Schedule

• Day shift: 3.5 days on, 3.5 days off
• Schedule: 42 hours per week
• A-shift: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday 7am to 9pm with a 2-hour break, Wednesday 7am to 2pm
• B-shift: Wednesday 2pm to 9pm, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 7am to 9pm with a 2-hour break
