About the role
The Role As a Sales Manager, you will strategically position guest rooms, meeting space, and the full suite of Hyatt services to new and existing clients. This is a high-visibility role that blends business development, account management, and on-property experience to deliver results. You’ll actively generate new business, cultivate key accounts, conduct compelling site inspections, and craft persuasive proposals that convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently present solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Qualifications
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently
- 1–3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred
- Solid computer proficiency and comfort working within CRM and hotel systems
- Completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training preferred
- Training or demonstrated strength in selling, negotiation, business writing, and presentations preferred
