About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Front Office Team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a full-service hotel setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting site inspections
  • Handling contract details from start to finish
  • Executing sales calls
  • Attending trade shows
  • Developing and performing sales presentations
  • Fostering relationships with new and existing guests

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-service hotel setting
  • Passionate sales enthusiast with a knack for building relationships and achieving goals
  • Thrive on creative problem-solving and enjoy collaborating with a diverse range of guests

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Experience in hospitality industry preferred

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
