About the role

Regal is seeking a results-driven Group Sales Manager to lead and grow the group sales business. The role involves driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives, client relationship development, and leading a team of Group Sales Consultants. Key responsibilities include managing a team, executing sales strategies, supporting team development, handling complex sales opportunities, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Group Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  • Create and execute sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and implement plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
  • Manage complex sales opportunities, client escalations, contract discussions, and relationships with key partners and studios.
  • Identify new business opportunities, improve sales processes, and oversee programs such as film festival bookings.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience and a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and CRM platforms; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree, theatre operations, sales, or call center experience preferred.
