Group Facilitator
Location: 314 Grove Neck Road, Earleville, MD
Starting rate $19.00 per hour
About The Role
Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Group Facilitator–Coach to deliver psychoeducation and specialty groups that support patients in achieving lasting recovery. You’ll receive full training and curriculum to ensure consistent, high-quality care aligned with the RCA Care Model. In this role, you’ll lead 15–20 one-hour groups per week, provide patient coaching, and support with operational needs to maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging, evidence-based groups that meet learning goals
- Promote patient participation, safety, and long-term engagement in treatment
- Complete documentation and group notes accurately and on time
- Attend supervision, meetings, and required trainings
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or state-required education minimum
- 2+ years of related experience, preferably in residential treatment
- Maryland CAC-AD, CAC-approved Supervisor License, or A&D Trainee Status preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Schedule
- Friday & Saturday: 1:30PM - 9PM
- Sunday: 8AM - 8:30PM
- Monday & Tuesday: 12:30PM - 8PM
A former patient may not be hired at the same location where they were treated until a minimum of one year has elapsed since the completion of their treatment at that location. Former patients may be considered for employment at locations within RCA other than where they were treated within a year after treatment.
