The Group Facilitator is responsible for leading structured group sessions focused on treatment goals, life skills, relapse prevention, and personal development. This position plays a key role in fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering group environment for participants. Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field CDCA (required).Experience facilitating groups in a behavioral health, substance use, or human services setting strongly preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage group dynamics effectively.Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.Reliable, organized, and compassionate approach to client care.
