About the role
The Group Facilitator role contributes to the quality of care and patient outcomes by offering group therapies with a recovery focus. These programs will contribute to maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu by increasing awareness and providing an outlet for expression of feelings in patients. The Group Facilitator also serves as a resource and role model for volunteers, students, new employees and staff.
Responsibilities
- Offer group therapies with a recovery focus

- Serve as a resource and role model for volunteers, students, new employees and staff
Requirements
- Prior group therapy experience with psychiatric patients required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master’s Degree preferred
