About the role
Performs routine work in all phases of grounds maintenance. May operate a variety of equipment. Assists higher level trades technicians or higher level craft personnel who are performing a combination of trades assignments.

- Performs routine work in all phases of grounds maintenance.
- May operate a variety of equipment.
- Assists higher level trades technicians or higher level craft personnel who are performing a combination of trades assignments.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of methods and general procedures of applicable trade or grounds maintenance techniques.
- Working skill in the use of equipment and tools.
- Valid Drivers License may be required.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Experience with lawn care maintenance, grass cutting, trimming, painting indoors and outdoors, light carpentry.
Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of methods and general procedures of applicable trade or grounds maintenance techniques.
