About the role
Northwest Center is seeking Grounds Workers for a full-time role in Downtown Seattle, where you'll enjoy flexibility, competitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities. Schedule
- Location: Seattle, WA
- Monday – Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay
- Wage Range: $23.07 – $26.00 Per Hour
- Additional Compensation: $4.93 Per Hour H&W

Requirements
- Work experience in landscape maintenance is preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- The ability to work independently and self-motivate
- Able to lift & carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Punctual with Good Attendance
- The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Acceptable 5-year driving record
