Performs all duties and completes necessary actions for the maintenance and upkeep of the campus.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalent
- Prior experience in grounds services
Responsibilities
- Ensure SAFETY FIRST for your area of responsibility
- Perform daily campus-wide cleanup duties including cleaning roads, curbs, parking areas, drainage traps, and sidewalks
- Maintain grass through mowing, edging, trimming, and flower bed upkeep
- Collect leaves and sticks after weather events
- Maintain assigned equipment
- Attend and participate in all divisional meetings
- Work with other departments as assigned in a positive and cooperative manner
- Perform other duties requested by the Grounds Supervisor
12-month, full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Grounds Supervisor.
