Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake, prioritization, execution, and timely delivery of graphic design requests.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of print and digital collateral, including magazines, flyers, brochures, logos, pamphlets, and social media images, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and on-time delivery.
  • Prepare print files for publishers, including layouts, bleeds, and resolution checks.
  • Create and maintain layouts for multi-page publications using Adobe InDesign while ensuring consistency with client branding.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives for assigned clients in collaboration with internal client teams and client leadership.
  • Administer and manage email announcements through communication systems (Association Management System or third-party systems like MailChimp or Constant Contact), including newsletters, email campaigns, and press releases.
  • Coordinate marketing content calendars and publish content across client platforms. Monitor and report on engagement.
  • Update and maintain client websites with marketing content, event information, and publications.
  • Support branding efforts by ensuring consistent voice and visual identity across all communications.
  • Handle general administrative duties to support marketing-related activities for clients.
  • Proactively keep client teams updated on work, priorities, and progress.
  • Regularly update procedures and maintain accurate documentation for all completed work.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of graphic design and/or marketing experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps, particularly InDesign.
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva and similar tools.
  • Proficient with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
  • Able to be consistently available during Impact's core work hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Central Time.
  • Preferred: Proficiency with Association Management Systems (Wild Apricot, YourMembership, MemberClicks).
  • Preferred: Experience working with nonprofit organizations or associations.

Pay

Offered pay range: $21–$27/hour. Pay will be based on candidate experience, particularly in the association industry and multi-client environments, as well as complementary skills, relevant certifications, and industry knowledge.
