About the role
As a Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator in Honolulu, Hawaii, you’ll coordinate marketing initiatives that strengthen PCL's brand and business relationships. You’ll support business development, proposal efforts, and community outreach while developing content that highlights our commitment to quality, innovation, sustainability, and community stewardship.
Responsibilities
- Support business development, proposal, and marketing initiatives.
- Create and coordinate social media content, newsletters, advertisements, and award submissions.
- Assist with project photography, videos, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate company events and community outreach programs.
- Maintain marketing databases, project information, and brand assets.
- Collaborate with project teams to capture stories that showcase our people, projects, and culture.
- Help develop content that highlights Nordic PCL's commitment to quality, innovation, sustainability, and community stewardship.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Co-op/Intern experience preferred.
- Understanding of brand best practices and applications.
- Working knowledge of data analytics.
- Familiarity with all marketing mediums, including web, print, advertising, video, and social media.
- Ability to plan and execute small events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Adobe Premiere and video editing experience is a plus.

Pay
The estimated salary range for this role is $66,500 - $80,000, based on experience and qualifications.
