About the role

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, creation, and delivery of marketing and communications materials across print, digital, and event channels. This role combines marketing coordination, graphic design, and digital marketing support to ensure consistent branding and high-quality presentation for internal and external audiences. The Marketing Coordinator collaborates closely with teams across the organization to manage timelines, maintain digital assets, and support event marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of marketing and communications materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and meet a high standard of quality.
  • Coordinate timelines, content, and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including internal and external marketing collateral and signage for both indoor and outdoor use.
  • Create visually engaging presentations that effectively communicate key messages and support business objectives.
  • Develop event programs and agendas that reflect the brand and enhance the attendee experience.
  • Design branded promotional items such as shirts, hats, and giveaways that reinforce brand identity.
  • Produce handouts and leave-behind materials that support business development and client engagement.
  • Assist in the creation of project highlight videos that showcase key projects and achievements.
  • Design project signage that is visually consistent with overall brand standards.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Prepare design files for both print and digital distribution, ensuring technical accuracy and production readiness.
  • Support social media planning and execution, particularly for project highlights and recruitment-focused content.
  • Monitor and report on digital campaign performance metrics to help optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, including photos, renderings, and templates, to ensure easy access and version control.
  • Support event marketing efforts, including industry events and career fairs, by coordinating materials, branding, and logistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing or graphic design; experience in construction, AEC, or professional services is preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating layout design, branding, and production work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives, including social media planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and reporting on campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience preparing design files for both print and digital channels.
  • Experience in marketing for construction, AEC, or professional services environments is a plus.
  • Ability to organize and maintain digital asset libraries, including photos, renderings, and templates.
  • Experience supporting event marketing, including industry events and career fairs.

Work Environment

Pay

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
