About the Role

Carroll College is seeking applicants for a Graduate Admissions Specialist. This position serves as a dedicated student advocate and enrollment professional responsible for recruiting, advising, and enrolling prospective graduate, post-baccalaureate, and accelerated program students. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume, and metrics-driven environment, the specialist develops and implements strategic recruitment initiatives, manages prospective student pipelines, conducts transcript evaluations, and ensures timely progression through all stages of the admission funnel.

The position also contributes to the development of recruitment programs, articulation and co-admission agreements, marketing initiatives, and campus visit experiences. In partnership with enrollment leadership, the specialist provides training and support to staff, participates in recruitment events and community engagement activities, and serves as a key resource in fostering positive relationships with prospective students and external partners while advancing Carroll College's graduate enrollment objectives.

Pay

Salary is commensurate with experience, education and qualifications.
